{2/3 TO GO!!!}

yes, i'm actually blogging, and yes, it's midnight...lol. two things for now, besides the fact that i only have TWO DAYS UNTIL I LEAVE FOR FLORIDA!! AND ONLY THREE DAYS UNTIL CHECK IN!!!!! still totally in disbelief...
anyway...

secondly, i've got something to show you on the crafty side of things...i'm a digital scrapbooker, and i want to actually do a whole scrapbook dedicated to my program. we'll see how well that works out by the time january rolls around, but for now i wanted to start, so here's my first page, about my purple folder :)

{only 8? whaaattt??}

hey all! again with the no blogging - sorry! i've been all over the place - literally - since my last post (long island, north carolina, south carolina, upstate new york), and i'll be going back to nc on thursday to get everything together for my move to florida! i absolutely can not believe that in 6 days i'll be 22 and in 7 days, i'll be IN FLORIDA!!! sure, i don't check in until the 19th, but on the 18th, i'll be at the sunspree, and hopefully meeting up with some of the other totally awesome cp's.

speaking of awesome cp's, tonight we're having a final roomate chat to set up details of when/where we're all meeting up the morning of check in - hopefully we'll all remember this time lol. i can't wait to meet all of my roomies in person next week!

i have almost everything i need, i just need to go get towels, a diffuser for my blow dryer (oh yeah, i got a perm recently, so i'm readjusting to life with curly hair, haha), and some other bath stuff, and then we have to pack it all into whatever car we take. the original plan was to rent a car and drive down, then my dad would return the rental car at the airport and fly back to nc. now he wants to bring my car down, but i don't have my license, so i won't be driving it (though my roomates can, etc), and also the registration sticker is expired (which dad seems to think isn't an actual problem)...we'll see if i can talk him out of it.

i've unfortunately had a slight problem recently - i tried to email my recruiter a week or so ago to thank her and remind her that i'd really love to work at hollywood studios, but my email came back to me. then today i emailed tech support to see what the problem is, and that email came back too. very sad...i know it's not really a big deal, but i just thought it would be helpful to remind my recruiter that i like studios the best...we'll see what happens at casting, i guess!

{fifty five...}

hey all! i haven't blogged or vlogged in a while...i feel like i have nothing disney related to talk about, but i thought i'd drop by my much-neglected blog and say hi! the summer seems to be going by so fast and somehow soooo slow at the same time. we only have 55 days left until check in at vista (!!!), and while that's a much better number than 150 or 100 or even 70, it still feels like it's ages away. i think it also feels slower because so many of the awesome people i met on facebook/youtube are already there, working and hanging out together and being generally awesome. i can't wait until the rest of us are there with them!

wow...i haven't posted anything a while. i've done quite a few vlogs since the purple folder came - you can check them out on my youtube if you want to watch them. another cool thing on youtube (besides the awesome julia nunes, who Dana introduced us all to) are the cast videos - we've done three so far, with another one in the works. here's the most recent:



i can't believe there are less than 150 days left until i get to disney! i feel like it's going to go by sooo slow and so fast at the same time. i found a roomate, cait, who seems really nice, so i'm excited to meet her along with our apartment mates and everyone else who's going to be there.

my best friend (the other one, who isn't on the cp) had an interview on friday for some of the professional internships. i hope she gets one, because then we'd be in disney at the same time. i have a crazy plan in my head where she gets a PI, and our other bff goes full time, and they find an apartment and we all get to work together - it would be so much fun! but even if that doesn't happen, i know i'm going to have all of my amaaaazing friends that i've met on facebook and youtube - you guys are the best!

i think that's all i have for today - i'll be sure to keep posting my vlogs here and writing here whenever i have something interesting to talk about.
